Sewcial Mending Club
Drop In | Stitch Up | Slow Down
Join us for a relaxed, drop-in style gathering at Sewcial Mending Club—a space to reconnect with community, creativity, and conscious living. Bring along a repair project (a missing button, a beloved garment with a rip, or something in need of visible mending), and settle in with like-minded folks for a few hours of stitching, sipping, and sharing stories.
Think: pre-COVID community vibes meet post-COVID purpose. This isn’t just a sewing circle—it’s a return to intentional connection.
What’s included:
- Guided mending help (learn how to sew on a button, patch holes, or try your hand at sashiko)
- All the good stuff: tea, coffee, snacks… and yes, mimosas
- A $25 voucher to spend in the shop on the day—your full ticket price back in your hands!
- All the sewing thread and fabric patches you could ever need.
- All skill levels welcome—from total beginners to seasoned repair professionals
When: Drop in anytime between 11am and 3pm
Where: At our wonderful little Pop-Up Shop/Studio. 430 Argyle St, Moss Vale, NSW
Cost: $25 – goes toward keeping the lights on, stocking the snacks, and supporting slow fashion
Let’s sew, sip, and slow down—together.
